One of the biggest gifts you can gave yourself is to create a home and space that is clear of clutter.

Create healthy habits that form routines to keep you on track.


  • throwing away any unwanted junk mail immediately – get in the habit of walking straight to the recycling bin from the mailbox.
  • Scheduling in time to action certain things – a great way to do this is introducing the ‘eat that frog’ method
  • Spending 10 minutes every evening to put things away
  • Clearing your desk at the end of the work day

It can be a new way of thinking, something to introduce into your life.

If this is you gradually introduce new habits one at a time.
Introducing too many things all at once and you could be setting yourself up to fail.
